Meet the founder
Allyson Rosser
A member of the Pee Dee Indian Tribe, Army veteran, creative, entrepreneur, educator, and community advocate, Allyson created NATTEV Network because she knows what it is like to have big dreams, limited resources, and no clear place to begin.
Founder-led means the person who hears your goals is the person shaping the work — and the goal is always the same: leave you with something practical you can keep running after the engagement ends.
The meaning behind the name
Why NATTEV?
NATTEV combines “NAT” from Native and “TEV” from Vet, with Vet reversed — reflecting both Native identity and veteran service. It represents the coming together of heritage, service, and a commitment to community, opportunity, and forward movement.
